In this wonderful depiction King Tut Ankh Amon is seen riding the royal boat through the river Nile. Accompanied by his wife Queen Ankh-tse-amon as his companion. The original relief " Pic 2 is a replica" is shown in the Egyptian museum in Cairo. The attention to detail and expression of love is evident as the queen is holding two flowers behind the king. Natural surroundings are portrayed with river birds and lotus flowers and swimming fish completing the scene of serenity & devotion.
King Tut's tomb in the valley of the Kings, Luxor in upper Egypt was discovered by Howard Carter in 1922. The treasure's found in the tomb, The kings Golden death mask, his golden sarcophagus have long been a major attraction in the Egyptian museum in Cairo. King Tut ruled from c. 1334 – 1325 BC and was the last king to rule in the 18th dynasty.
